Nantasket Beach Car Show Terms and Conditions

INDEMNITY:

1. All entrants, owners and drivers enter and participate in this event at their own risk.  

2. The Hull Police, Rotary Club of Nantasket-Hull, Town of Hull, DCR and their agents and employees accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered to any entrant owner or driver by any means, act or omission or through any circumstances and the entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the organizers, sponsors and promoters of this event, their agents and employees from all actions, suits, claims, proceedings or demands, or loss howsoever arising out of the entrant’s participating in this event.
In completing the registration form, I understand, acknowledge and accept the conditions of entry. It is also noted, that it is the responsibility of each person to present themselves in a safe and courteous manner. Parents will be held responsible for the behavior and actions of their children.

3.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR INDIVIDUAL MUSIC WILL BE ALLOWED DURING THE EVENT.
